		<description><![CDATA[You cant use the older &quot;manual&quot; Minolta lenses directly on the A300, Jim - but you can definitely use all the Minolta AF lens. However, you may be able to still find a Bower AF adapter made originally for the Minolta AF cameras. These occasionally show up on eBay. This adapter will allow you to mount manual lenses from other brands. My Bower adapter mounts Olympus OM lenses to the Minolta AF, so I can use the same on the Sony Alpha series.]]></description>

I&#039;ve used a Vivitar 55mm f2.8 1:1 macro for some time and enjoy it, just looking for a different focal length. Might try the Vivitar 2x also--sounds fun. All the best.
